This is clearly meant to be made of metal. I put one ring for reference, weld 2 on for a harness, 1 and drill/tap a hole for the belt buckle. I honestly had some laying around where i was so it was a convenient design. can do whatever you like with it. It's not currently modeled but you need to grind the inner corner off so it doesn't slam your trans tunnel, can see it in the pic.
